Mr. Ariel Pinchasi
Partner
Ariel served in the Israel Security Agency (´´Shin Bet´´) , as Head of the training section of the agency dignitary protection division, and Team Leader of the Prime Minister Security detail. During his service Ariel managed all aspects of governmental security, including security planning and management for the Prime Minster in his visits inside and outside of the state of Israel.
After completing his work in the ISA, Ariel was nominated as Head of Security of the President of Israel. In this service he was responsible of all aspects of the Israel President security. During his civilian career, Ariel was employed as the security consultant for the Safra Bank in Brazil.
In his military carrier, Ariel served in the elite unit of the Israel Defense Forces Navy- “Shayetet 13”. During his service in the reserves forces, Ariel formed the elite unit “Eitam”, a joint interception unit of the israeli military and police.
Ariel serves as a special adviser to the Negotiation and Anti-Terrorism Unit of the Israel Police. Ariel holds M.A. degree in Law and a B.A. degree in Psychology, Criminology, and Sociology, both from the Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
Mr. Yehonatan Tuti

Yoni served in the Israel Security Agency (´´Shin Bet´´) , as a field agent.
After completing his work in the Shabak, Yoni provided security solutions and training to major organizations around the globe.
Yoni is a world-renowned expert in the fields of investigations, surveillance and intelligence.
In his military carrier, Yoni served in the elite unit of the Israel Defense Forces Navy- “Shayetet 13”.
Yoni holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Haifa.
B. General (r) Guy Nir

B. GENERAL (r) GUY NIR SERVED FOR 30 YEARS IN THE ISRAELI NATIONAL POLICE (INP) IN CORE STRATEGIC, OPERATIONAL, AND COMMAND POSTS.
General Nir started as a field detective and made his way up and he was the head of the National intelligence division, commanding over all the intelligence personal, tools, training and special operations national wide and International.
Nir started his career 1991 as a field detective and after 10 years promoted to be the commander of the Tel Aviv district drug unit.
He served 5 years as the liaison officer for Latin America. During this period, Nir conducted many undercover operations, in various places in the continent. Many Israelis drug traffickers were arrested and extradited to Israel. General Nir was decorated by the president of Colombia for his contribution to the war against drug trafficking.
After completing his mission in Latin America, Nir was nominated as Head of Intelligence unit for the Anti-Fraud national unit.
In this service he was responsible of all aspects of intel collection against high level corruption and big fraud and money laundering cases.
General Nir was also the head of Interpol Jerusalem and head of the special operations division, responsible for all coordination regarding organize crime, drug trafficking, international operations and more.
during his military carrier, Nir served as a captain in few intelligence units and as a scout team commander during his service in the reserve.
General Nir holds M.A. degree in Business management from Derby university and B.A in Criminology and Political science from the Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
General Nir also holds diplomas for strategic management and high-level trainings for law enforcement and intelligence agencies
Mr. Carlos Campos
Director Glocal Group Brasil
Mr. Carlos Campos has a rich background and extensive experience in the field of security and investigations.
Over 30 years in the Federal Police in Brazil.
He also managed the Federal Police Unit at the International Airport in Sao Paulo GRU.
During his career, Carlos was integrated into the GISE project (Sensitive Investigation Group) SIU /DEA/ USA, and also served for about four years at the Interpol National Central Office Brazil/Mexico.
In addition, Carlos served as the Police Attaché Adj. at the Brazilian Embassy in Mexico.
Before joining the management team of Glocal Group, Carlos served as a consultant to the Brazilian Federation of Banks (FEBRABAN) on policies to reduce bank robberies and ATM explosions.
Carlos brings with him extensive experience to our team.
Mr. Yoav Dvir
Director
Mr. Dvir began his career in 2009 at Glocal Group as a Domestic Sales
Manager. In 2020 he became a director at the Glocal Group.
With over two decades of experience in the HLS & Defence markets, Yoav
has successfully led several technology collaborations and M&As that
enhance Glocal Group’s technology
portfolio enabling us to compete for large-scale projects and tenders.
Yoav served in the rank of Captain in the Israeli Defense Forces.
Mr. Aviv Hen
Cyber security
Aviv is an Experienced Cyber Research and Development Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the computer and network security industry.
Aviv main strength is Penetration testing and SOC Management.
Aviv is highly Skilled in Pyton, Bash, SQL, PHP, Computer Forensics, Security Intelligence, Threat Hunting’ Ethical Hacking, and more.
