Concept of Operation

The solutions recommended will increase the sense of security while reducing crime and violation of the law. Furthermore, these solutions will help and contribute to the city. It will close capability gaps, improve workflow and interoperability, and centralize the information for the decision-makers. Thereby, the city service to the citizens will dramatically improve and the sense of security in the street will increase.

The solution is comprised of sensors in the streets (technological means) C4I center (Command, Control, Communication, Computing, and Intelligence), and Awareness solution. The principal mission of the C4I is to perform through an arrangement of personnel, equipment, communications, facilities, and procedures employed by a commander in planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling forces and operations in the accomplishment of the mission. Moreover, to monitor all events under its jurisdictional responsibility, it will act as a centralized and unified center where all data is transmitted into it, analyzed at the decision-maker’s level, and its orders are communicated to the operational level.

As part of the offered solution implementation, Glocal Group experts will learn thoroughly the city’s main weak points and problems and deliver a protocol and procedures document detailing the best methodology, in our perception, to work with the proposed technology.
